Pedometers Are Good For Everyone
Pedometers are fantastic fitness gadgets, suitable for anyone. If you don’t know what they are, basically they keep track of how many steps you have taken, whether you’re out for a walk or running or jogging.
They are brilliant for all sorts of reasons, no tjust counting steps. For example, most people are hopeless at accurately judging how much exercise they are getting day to day.
